“Commercial Law” is a phrase used to designate the whole body of jurisprudence (for example, The Texas Business & Commerce Code, The Uniform Commercial Code, The Truth in Lending Act) applicable to the rights, intercourse, and relations of persons engaged in commerce, trade, or mercantile pursuits.
